Joining JANUS in 2008, David has led JANUS' LTSD's rapid expansion into new business markets and the formation of numerous new business partnerships. Prior to joining the JANUS team, David served as a Lieutenant Colonel in the U.S. Army National Guard, culminating with his last assignment as the Chief of Operations and Training, and Chief of the Installations, Logistics, and Environmental Training Center for the ARNGs Professional Education Center. David has extensive knowledge of logistics applications that manage the U.S. Army's maintenance and supply chains. Additionally, he was also responsible for the Enterprise Architecture business process blueprint of the 54 states and territories within the Installation and Logistics communities. He has knowledge in SAP and ARIS software suites. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in computer science from Arkansas State University and a Master's Degree in General Administration from Central Michigan University.
